For over three decades, we have partnered with a close network of small, trusted farmers who understand the rhythms of the land and care for it with patience and intention. Their knowledge, passed down through generations, guides every decision—from when to plant to how to harvest. We rely entirely on natural rainfall and the gentle balance of the Mediterranean climate, allowing crops to grow at their own pace without the use of synthetic fertilizers, irrigation systems, or artificial intervention. By working in harmony with nature rather than trying to control it, we help preserve the natural structure and fertility of the soil. This method encourages a thriving ecosystem—supporting beneficial insects, native plants, and overall biodiversity—while protecting the land for future generations.

Our label design is crafted in a small Athens workshop using traditional silk-screen printing techniques. Silk-screen printing is a sustainable approach as it applies water ink precisely, reducing waste and avoiding excess materials. This technique is a thoughtful, low-impact printing method aligned with responsible production.
The Bottle
Protection through design.
Each bottle is hand-crafted in Italy with meticulous attention to detail, using dark green glass to protect and preserve the quality of the olive oil. It is then carefully packaged in recyclable materials, ensuring every piece reflects both refined craftsmanship and a commitment to sustainability.
