Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- A flat rate of $12 for orders under $100.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
We send orders with Australia Post, with tracking. Once dispatched, typical delivery is 2 to 6 business days to metropolitan areas and 5 to 10 business days to regional and remote areas. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, but we will always help you track a parcel or sort out a problem. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email hello@leonidasgrove.com and we will follow it up.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery charge.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@leonidasgrove.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for more.
