Leonidas Grove Pty Ltd (we, us, our) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping address.
  • Order information: the products you view, add to cart and purchase, and your order history.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us.
  • Technical information: your device, browser, IP address, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
  • To send you order and delivery updates.
  • To send marketing emails, and SMS where you have opted in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To improve our website, products and service.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of SMS by replying STOP or by emailing us. We use Klaviyo to manage our email and SMS marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, including:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders;
  • our payment providers, which process payments;
  • Klaviyo, which manages our email and SMS marketing;
  • Australia Post and our delivery partners, to ship your order.

We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Klaviyo, store and process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@leonidasgrove.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, email hello@leonidasgrove.com and we will work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
